Crassula tetragona

English name: “Miniature pine tree”

Latin name: Crassula tetragona

Family: Orpine/stonecrop - Crassulaceae

Origin: Republic of South Africa

This cressula takes on a bushy habit, growing to a height of one metre. The shoots are stiff and, while green at first, become brown and woody with age. The leaves, arranged in crossed pairs, range in colour from green to dark green. The inflorescence grows from the tips of the shoots; its white flowers appear in the summer.
